We deliver to locations in Pakistan served by our shipping partners. Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

International delivery is available only where an international shipping option appears at checkout. If your location is unavailable, please contact us before placing an order.

Order processing and delivery

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, or customs processing.

Shipping charges

Your shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Charges may vary by destination, parcel size, and weight.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, we will share the tracking details after your order is dispatched. Please provide a complete delivery address and a phone number at checkout so the courier can reach you.

If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect or delivery attempts are unsuccessful, please contact us to arrange the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request delivery again.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the issue with the shipping partner and help resolve it.
